Student Specs was a branding and e-commerce website design project focused on creating an affordable and approachable eyewear experience for college and university students. The project included the development of a complete visual identity system alongside a responsive website designed to make browsing and purchasing glasses feel simple, accessible, and stress-free.
The identity was built around an owl wearing glasses, using the owl as a symbol of knowledge, learning, and student life. The visual system combines playful branding elements with clean layouts and accessible navigation to create an experience that feels welcoming without becoming visually overwhelming.
The website itself was designed with usability in mind, focusing on clarity, product visibility, and a simplified shopping experience free from unnecessary clutter. The final result balances personality and functionality while supporting the affordability-focused direction of the brand.

The visual identity focused on balancing personality and accessibility. Inspired by the symbolism of owls representing knowledge and learning, the custom icon helped create a memorable and student-focused brand presence. The website experience was intentionally designed to feel clean, easy to navigate, and visually comfortable, helping users focus on products without unnecessary distractions or clutter.
